I understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, requiring adjustments to your plans. To ensure that each client receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you anticipate being late, please notify me. There is a 10-minute grace period for each client; exceeding this will result in automatic cancellation and charged the fee. No extra guests, unless approved by me prior to appointment, or if they are also getting a service done.
